Leisure Service Manager (M/F)

Missions

  • Coordinate the leisure departments: sports, events, Club Med Boutique, excursions, childcare and wellness
  • Being responsible for the financial results and quality within the leisure departments
  • Managing a team of managers
  • Applying Club Med’s quality standards and hygiene and safety rules
  • Being available for the clients, answering their needs and expectations  
  • Being responsible for the integration of your team members within the Village’s team and for their development by training and courses
     

Profiles

  • Availability and international mobility from 5 to 8 months minimum
  • BA or equivalent degree in Tourism & Leisure or Events areas
  • 2 to 3 years of working experience as a manager in the travel / leisure industry or as event manager
  • Working experience in management and organisation
  • Fluent French mandatory, other foreign languages a plus

Temporary local G.O contract consistent with the host Country law. Salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective).  Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med and other advantages connected with our Club Mediterranée group.
