With genuine business and customer culture, your role is to give momentum to your agency to develop turnover and results.


Develop the agency's turnover

  • Guarantee a high quality welcome, sales and customer satisfaction
  • Set up sales actions in the catchment area
  • Take part in sales events, regional and   national meetings of the network
  • Play a proposing role for the agency and the network

Set up steering tools and analyse the results

  • Measure collective, ,  individual results and analyse them
  • Set up  action plans to follow them up
  • Comply with quality standards

Manage and set a framework for the team

  • Coordinate and motivate the team
  • Define precise and ambitious objectives
  • Challenge salespeople with respect to individual and collective results

Manage and organise operation of  the agency

  • Ensure  administrative management of the agency
  • Follow up offers, sales files and customer litigation
  • Make sure the agency is run smoothly and guarantee compliance with the brand image


  • Experience as manager of a sales agency
  • Mastery of IT tools
  • Cognisant with business steering tools
  • Cognisant with assessment tools
  • In-depth knowledge of Cost Management
